Cell Telecom can take on outsourced application development, outsourced testing or outsourcing of a product area. We will discuss (and can advise on) different models of outsourcing with you; local, offshore or a tailored mix, focused towards your needs and objectives.

  • Offshore:
    Our global presence includes access to low-cost development centres, in Estonia, India and Russia.
    Starting in 2005, Cell Telecom successfully created and has continued to expand its own offshore facility in Estonia, a fellow member of the EU. We understand that excellent communication is at the heart of successful projects. Sometimes, to obtain the optimum benefits from outsourcing we place a small, highly skilled team in or very close to our client’s premises, from where they manage and quality assure the work performed in the lower cost location. Our unit in Estonia has a very stable workforce. This low turnover of staff allows competence to grow and satisfy our client’s demands for steady increase in quality and productivity.
  • Outsourced Application Development:
    Cell Telecom can provide a complete project team that can work with you and your end customers in an Agile way to ‘draw out’ requirements and deliver a complete application built to the highest level of quality. Our team can use your own development methodology or our Fujitsu methodology based on the Essential Unified Process.
  • Outsourced Testing:
    Cell Telecom can take on testing of a particular area of your solution or of the total solution. We can work with you to develop an appropriate test strategy and we can build test tools and automated test cases.
  • Outsourcing of products:
    These days, reducing fixed costs is a constant challenge & Cell Telecom can help address this issue by taking ownership for one or more of your products, so that your in-house resources are freed up for your new cutting edge development. This model works particularly well for legacy products where Cell Telecom can take over maintenance & minor new development on your behalf.
